Executive Team

Bella Brown

Executive Director

Bella is a senior at Walter Payton College Prep. Bella was previously the Executive Director of Global Affairs and enjoyed working with Regional Directors to host educational workshops. Bella is the National President of the Junior Economic Club and President of her school’s Business Outlook Team. She is the Mentor Coordinator for the I3 Small Business Competition, a Senior Grade Representative, the Student Liaison for her school’s Alumni Community & Endowment, and an avid member of her school’s Economic & Investment Team. With her sister, she founded a non-profit organization entitled Living Outside that destigmatizes homelessness through direct aid & conversation. Bella is a competitive dancer and in her free time, she loves binging a good TV show and spending time with her friends and family.

Coco Gong

External Director

Coco is a sophomore at Princeton University majoring in computer science with minors in finance and statistics/machine learning. Her work in technology education encompasses computer science and cybersecurity education for 1st-12th grade students, including advocacy for underrepresented female communities. In line with Innoverge’s mission to make learning more interconnected, she hopes to create experiences that inspire others to explore cross-discipline knowledge and think beyond traditional boundaries. In moments of downtime, she can be found engaged in swimming, journalism, and creative writing.

Adele Mamedova

Internal Director

Adele, a senior at Phillips Exeter Academy, is interested in cognitive science and music, which she plans to pursue in college on a pre-med track. As a leader at her school, she co-heads several clubs, including Neuroscience, Research, STEAM, the Middle Eastern North African Society, and DJ club. Beyond campus, Adele is dedicated to inspiring young minds in STEM, volunteering with organizations like Epsilon Camp and Biochemistry Literacy for Kids – earning the U.S. Congressional Award Gold Medal for her service. In her free time, Adele plays classical piano, and her favorite composer is Debussy. 

Yajat Sharma

Global Affairs Director

Yajat is a senior at Irvington High School in Fremont, California. He is interested in CS, cognitive science, and math. He loves teaching topics like entrepreneurship, robotics, 3D modeling, and programming. He has been teaching to elementary aged students for 4 years in places like afterschools, nonprofit organizations, and school clubs. Aside from tutoring, he enjoys expanding his own CS knowledge through college courses and other programs. His hobbies include road biking, dancing for his school team. His favorite genre of any media is always horror.

Tessa Sundar

Public Relations Head

Tessa is a high school student at Menlo School and a passionate advocate for STEM education, with a particular focus on empowering children from underserved communities. Tessa shares a deep interest in artificial intelligence and web development, where she hosted her own web development workshop and completed numerous AI-related courses and coding programs. She aims to bridge the educational gap by providing mentorship and resources to inspire and develop skills in STEM fields. During her free time, Tessa enjoys playing water polo, coding, and playing the piano.

Krithika Bayyapu

Public Relations Head

Krithika is a sophomore at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. She is excited to pursue her passions in computer science, cybersecurity, and neuroscience. Krithika is involved in several organizations that aim to help diversify STEM fields. She loves volunteering in these STEM initiatives and involving herself in activities like GirlCon, Girls In STEAM, Girls Who Code, & Kode With Klossy. Through Innoverge, Krithika hopes to reach global students to share her STEM passions and encourage diversity in STEM. In her free time, Krithika likes to spend time with her friends & family, try new desserts, and watch Netflix.

Sanvi Gupta

Education Head

Sanvi is a junior at California High School in San Ramon, California. She is aspiring to study neuroscience on a pre-med track in the future. She is deeply passionate about bridging inequalities in STEM education. Sanvi has previously connected hundreds of tutors from the United States and students from low-income backgrounds in Haryana, India. This experience has profoundly shaped her commitment bridging inequalities in education. As a strong advocate for equitable education, she is excited to further her mission of creating accessible STEM opportunities for underprivileged youth. In her spare time, Sanvi enjoys reading, swimming, and photography. 

Deetya Srivatsavaya

Education Head

Deetya is a senior at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and is interested in mechanical engineering. She loves staying involved with all fields of STEM while being an advocate for women empowerment. She has also been volunteering at the Aquarium of the Pacific for five years, which is where she found her passion for marine sciences and got motivated to start scuba diving and spend as much time in the water as she can. Deetya also enjoys going to coffee shops, spending time at the beach, and hiking.

Archika Dogra

Founder and Advisor

Archika is a senior at Princeton University studying computer science. As the Founder of Innoverge, she served as its Executive Director for 5 years. Currently, she actively advises the organization and is beyond excited to grow Innoverge into a powerful ecosystem of youth innovators and changemakers. For her work, Archika has been recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 Seattle Lister, Global Teen Leader, Mars Generation 24 under 24 Leader, and WISE Learner’s Voice Fellow. In her spare time, she loves to travel, explore her Pacific Northwest roots, and play frisbee with her dog!

Aryana Suhartono

Advisor

Aryana is a junior at Rice University planning to major in Psychology and minor in Medical Humanities and Anthropology on the Pre-Health track. Previously, she served as Innoverge’s External Executive Director. She believes education is the path to shaping the lives of future generations and is excited to see how Innoverge will influence youth across the globe. Aryana is heavily involved in advocacy for social equity, in both community organizations and in research. She also enjoys food blogging and binging movies, particularly horror, in her free time.

Ilana Nguyen

Founding Member and Advisor

Ilana is a sophomore at Brown University majoring in computer science. She joined Innoverge in 2018 as a regional director and served as its Executive Director for 2 years. Currently, she is pursuing research in applying machine learning to healthcare applications and passionate about accessibility, ethics, and accountability in tech. In her free time, you can find her running, baking, biking, and volunteering in her local community.
