Executive Board

Arden is a current senior at the Latin School in Chicago, IL. She is a curious STEM student who is passionate about weaving her creative interests into math & science. Along with her sister, Arden is the co-founder of Living Outside, a non-profit aimed at destigmatizing homelessness. She is also involved in the Junior Economic Club, serves as an editor of her school’s yearbook, and is co-head of her school’s marketing club. Outside of her work, you can find Arden exploring the outdoors or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.

Eric is a senior at William P. Clements High School in Sugar Land, Texas. Although he loves all things STEM, he is most passionate about his trifecta of physics, chemistry, and mathematics. As the Co-Executive Director, he looks to create curricula tailored specifically toward Innoverge’s international Regional Directors, helping them grow both academically and as members of the STEM education community. Perhaps he will be able to branch out into AI and maybe even biology. To relax, he loves to play tennis and compete in Science Bowl.

Hello, I’m Ajit, a college student, and I’m ecstatic to serve as the Internal Executive Director at Innoverge. I’m especially interested in the intersection of mental health, AI, and public policy, and I’m fascinated by the positive ramifications technology can facilitate for the betterment of people’s lives. Through Innoverge, I’m excited to help shape the organization and guide the development of curricula that bring STEM and the humanities together for students around the world. In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton and volunteering at my local pet shelter.  

Hi! I’m Elena Zhang, and I hail from Redlands High School in Redlands, CA. I love environmental and education advocacy, from national-level down to grassroots (shoutout to Accelerate Neighborhood Climate Action)! I am also a co-founder and director of the Inland Empire’s very own STEAM access program, Inland Empire STEAM for All. Aside from being a STEM + Sustainability buff, I am a speech and debate President with a love for international relations and spontaneous speaking. As Education Head, I hope I can bring these experiences together into a cohesive, interdisciplinary, and diverse curriculum for Innoverge. In my free time, you’ll find me polishing shiny rocks, running, or crocheting.

I’m Arnav, and I’m excited to serve as the External Director of Innoverge. I lead the organization’s external front, working on outreach and communications while helping run the website, newsletter, and social media. I’m a junior at Stevenson High School in Illinois, and I’ve always been passionate about innovation and using technology to solve real-world problems. Through Innoverge, I’m excited to help share ideas, build relationships, and support the STEMx community!

Based in Michigan, Jihyun Ko is a student journalist and climate advocate who bridges STEM and the humanities to push for environmental and educational justice. As a youth leader for the Michigan Youth. Leaders for Environmental Stewardship (MYLES), she combines climate research with creative storytelling & poetry to advocate for statewide environmental education. Through a mix of STEM and human-centric narratives, she empowers students across the state to take meaningful civic action.
